Open-Air Fitness Park Bük

Customer Reviews
3.8

One of the first open-air fitness parks of the Western region was constructed in Bük, which provides a sports facility for bodyweight trainers.

This kind of training, often referred to as calisthenics, dates back to the ancient times. The name itself comes from the Ancient Greek words "kalos", which means "perfect" or "good" and "sthenos", meaning "strength". Calisthenics is the art of using your own bodyweight and the inertia of the body to develop physical strength.
