Túrós Lepény (Quark Pie) is a dish made from fine wheat flour and has a higher value than corncake. Dissolve i.e. raise some yeast in tepid, sugary milk. Add flour, grease, eggs, some salt and some castor sugar and knead it into a rollable dough. Divide into half, roll it until baking dish-sized and place it in the baking dish. Spread the light mass made from quark, eggs, sugar, sour cream and some salt over it.

0.5 dl sour cream
25 dag quark
2 eggs
7 dag margarine
8 dag lemon (peel, grated)
15 dag granulated sugar
20 dag flour
1 package of yeast (5 g)
