Sauerkraut (in the barrel) is used to cook Oven Baked Cabbage. Braise the cabbage in a pot with lard, onions and paprika, add plenty of smoked meat, smoked sausage and bacon and bake it in the oven until the meat is tender.
Ingredients:
- 10 dag smoked bacon
 - 25 dag cooked, smoked shoulder blade
 - 5 dag lard
 - 20 dag onion
 - 10 dag garlic
 - 1 kg sauerkraut
 - 20 dag smoked sausage
 - 0.5 dl white wine
 - salt, pepper and paprika
