Túrós lepény (Quark Pie)
One of the oldest and may well most simple to prepare dishes is "lepény". People used to bake kneaded dough on a heated stone. Lepény is a transition between cornmeal mush and bread.

Our dishes are exclusively made in traditional oven with wood burning, even you can be involved in preparing them.
The process of cooking and making cakes is a time-consuming programme, nevertheless offers a big experience, therefore we can receive you exclusively on pre-agreed time. While the pork gets brown, the youngsters should not get bored either. They can visit the animal yard with native animals and they can play as they want.

In addition to making fine dishes we attach importance to preserving the traditions as well. If required folklore dance show and folklore evening are also offered to our programmes.
