St. Clement Catholic Parish Church
The parish church of Bük was erected in the centre of the town.
Project GINOP-7.1.9-17-2018-00034, “FROM ST CLEMENT’S CULT to ST CLEMENT’S WELL”, within the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme has been implemented within the application “Integrated Product and Service Development of Tourist Frequented Areas” with a total budget of HUF 276,997,454.
The church park surrounding the parish church in Bük has been renewed through an application and municipal support. The layout design of the park focussed on the church that is surrounded by a network of paths facilitating easy reach of the building from every direction, as well as making all the monuments and statues safely accessible. The spectacular night lighting of the park is provided by state-of-the-art LED lights. At the inauguration of the St Clement Church Park (12 July 2020), the festive mass was celebrated by Bishop Dr. András Veres, Chief Pastor of the Diocese of Győr.
